## Home Manager | Ashton

**Location**: Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, North West, England  
**Salary**: £55000 - £60000 per annum

### Position Overview
We’re supporting a growing children’s care organisation with the appointment of an experienced Children's Home Manager, offering a clear and realistic pathway to a dual‑registered role within the next 6–8 months.

This is an opportunity to join a provider at an exciting stage of growth, with strong senior support and expansion plans already in motion.

### Benefits
- Circa **£55,000** as Home Manager  
- Increase to **around £80,000** upon progression to dual‑site responsibility

### The Opportunity
- Single‑site Children’s Home initially, progressing to **dual registration**  
- Join at an early stage of growth with new homes planned locally  
- Well‑structured senior leadership and operational support in place

### The Ideal Children's Home Manager
- **NVQ Level 5** (or working towards completion)  
- Proven **Children's Home Manager** experience within Children’s Residential Care  
- Strong knowledge of quality, compliance, and team leadership  
- **Responsible Individual or multi‑site exposure** would be advantageous  
- Ambitious, stable, and commercially aware — comfortable with growth and change
